Kalindá is an Afro-Puerto Rican ensemble dedicated to showcasing Bomba, Puerto Rico's oldest genre of music and dance. For the past six years, this exceptional group has performed across Florida and beyond, sharing the vibrant traditions of Bomba with audiences around the world. Led by Barbara Liz Cepeda, a 7th-generation member of the renowned Cepeda Family, and operating under the non-profit organization Escuela de Bomba y Plena Tata Cepeda, Kalindá is committed to preserving and educating communities about Afro-Puerto Rican music, history, and culture.
